Your tasks:
- Participation in sales & fundraising – from lead research to investor contact
- Building AI-supported sales processes & outreach campaigns
- Creation of pitch decks, use cases & sales documents
- Support at events, customer communication & CRM maintenance
- Involvement in marketing & social media
What you will learn:
- Most modern sales know-how including AI & automation
- Strategies in fundraising and dealing with investors
- Tools like HubSpot, Notion, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Valuable Excel (generally Microsoft) knowledge
- Growth strategies in startup practice
- Customer interaction and communication skills
What you bring:
- Initiative, reliability & enthusiasm for sales
- Interest in tech, startups & digital tools
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- English would be a nice bonus, but is not strictly necessary
- Initial sales experience is a plus
