Your tasks:
- Direct support for our sales expert in customer acquisition
- Independent lead research and qualification through various channels
- Establishment and optimization of AI-driven sales processes & outreach campaigns
- Creation of pitch decks, proposals & sales documents
- Preparation and follow-up of sales calls and customer meetings
- Maintenance and optimization of the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Support for fundraising activities and investor contact
- Analysis of sales metrics and conversion rates
What you will learn:
- Hands-on sales expertise from an experienced sales professional
- State-of-the-art sales know-how including AI & automation
- Strategies in fundraising and working with investors
- Professional handling of sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion
- Deal structuring and negotiation techniques
- Customer psychology and closing strategies
- Growth strategies in startup practice
What you bring:
- Strong affinity for sales and customer acquisition
- Self-initiative, reliability & natural communication skills
- Interest in tech, startups & digital sales tools
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- English would be a nice bonus, but is not required
- First sales experience or internships in the sales area is a plus
- Understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
