Your Tasks:
- Direct support for the project manager in strategic initiatives
- Development and implementation of marketing & communication strategies
- Content creation for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Planning and coordination of events, webinars, and PR activities
- Project management: scheduling, stakeholder communication, reporting
- Creation of use cases, white papers, and thought leadership content
- Market analysis and competitive observation
- Support in internal communication and process optimization
What You Will Learn:
- Hands-on project management from an experienced project manager
- Modern marketing including AI tools & content automation
- Strategic communication and brand building
- Professional use of management tools: Notion, Asana, Canva, social media tools
- Event management and stakeholder relations
- Project planning, control, and success measurement
- Valuable Excel (generally Microsoft) and presentation skills
- Growth strategies in startup practice
What You Bring:
- Affinity for marketing, communication & organization
- Initiative, reliability & creative thinking
- Interest in tech, startups & digital marketing tools
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- English would be a nice bonus but is not a must
- First experience in marketing, PR, or project work is a plus
- Structured working style and multitasking abilities
