As a team assistant at DealEngine, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background – and become part of an ambitious team with a lot of heart, drive & team spirit.
Your tasks:
- Support in daily operations & administrative tasks
- Coordination of appointments, calendars & internal communication
- Preparation of documents, research & presentations
- Organization of small events, team meetings & offsites
- Support in onboarding new team members
- Depending on your interest: involvement in social media or internal projects
What you bring:
- Good self-organization, independent work, reliability & initiative
- Enjoyment of structure, communication & teamwork
- Proficient use of tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
- German very proficient, English nice to have
- No specific degree needed – what’s important is that you think along and like to support
